Our Mission 

At Bella's heart, we hope to help the lower income families of Cherokee County pay for heartworm treatment and prevention in dogs. We will house stray dogs in need while they receive the  Necessary vetting to get into adoptive homes. We plan to raise social awareness by developing educational materials and giving presentations about heartworm prevention and treatment in schools, libraries, and other public and private venues. Additionally, we will use social media and the Organization’s website to provide facts, statistics, and other information related to ongoing efforts to help the heartworm epidemic.
